Orange Art Gallery- Terms and Conditions for Online Art Sales

Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order.

1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

We want you to purchase your original Canadian Artwork knowing you will be fully satisfied.

We pride ourselves on providing the best customer experience by offering quality artwork and services with a no-argument guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will completely refund your order.

In the event that you wish to return your purchase, simply notify Orange Art Gallery within ten (10) days from the receipt of the Work(s) of Art by e-mail to orangeartgallery@bellnet.ca of any intended return. . You may return any Work(s) of Art acquired for a complete refund, provide that:

• The Work(s) of Art shall be returned in same condition received and within ten (10) days from the date of notification of such return.
• You are responsible for shipping the artwork back to Orange Art Gallery, and for the costs associated with that shipment. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

2. SHIPPING & HANDLING

For a limited time get FREE shipping anywhere in Canada and USA!

For all other countries, we will be happy to supply you with a shipping quote for any Work of Art. Just e-mail the address of the final destination to orangeartgallery@bellnet.ca and include information regarding the Work(s) of Art of interest.

3. DUTY

Canadian Customers- FREE- No duty costs apply!

US Customers- FREE- Original, Canadian artwork is entitled to enter the US duty-free. In order for US customs to release your shipment into the US a Tax ID or Social Security Number may be required. We cannot anticipate any additional fees individual states may require for web purchases after the fact.

Other Countries- Most nations allow the importation of original art work without duty. If unsure, check with your Country's Duty polices.

4. PAYMENT

Orange Art Gallery uses Paypal for online payments. Paypal allows us to safely process your credit card payments and complete financial transactions as securely as possible. You will receive an email receipt to confirm Orange Art Gallery has received your order.

5. VERIFICATION

Orange Art Gallery will confirm the purchase price paid on PayPal matches our records (master price list) prior to shipment. In the unusual event of a discrepancy, the purchaser will be fully refunded.

6. AVAILABILITY

In the unlikely event that a Work of Art of is sold in the gallery just prior or simultaneously to us receiving the online sale e-mail notification from Paypal , the client in the gallery shall have first rights to purchase and you will be fully refunded.

7. CURRENCY

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise specified.

8. PRIVACY

Orange Art Gallery does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
