Biography - Bhat Boy

Bhat Boy was born in England. As a child he became a naturalized Canadian and grew up in Canada's National Capital with his parents- a cleaning lady and a spy.

Bhat Boy attended the Ontario College of Art and Design in Toronto studying fine art disguised as mild mannered Ian Van Lock. His studies included a year in Florence, Italy where he decided that it was his calling to become a painter.

Bhat Boy sells work in Canada, the United States and Europe. He has had shows in Florence, Toronto, San Francisco, London, Ottawa, and Atlanta and Miami. His work can be found on every continent but Antarctica. Most recently his work has become a Ravensburger Puzzle in the Canadian Artists Collection. Bhat Boy is an internationally renowned artist and refers to his work as 'Envisionism', he is a prolific painter, he continues to live and work in Canada's National Capital.
